ManageRent Kft. is a property management, letting and sales agency. The company was established in 2005 with a view to look after the needs of its hundreds of foreign property owners.
The founder of the company is Pat Davitt from Ireland who is involved in the Hungarian Property market since 1996. He is one of the most experienced non nationals working in the property market in Hungary. Pat found it very difficult to find a management and letting company capable to cater for the needs of his clients at that time.
Since its inception business has grown enormously, presently ManageRent is managing nearly as many properties for Hungarian owners as for Foreign ones. We are looking at extending our services all the time and are about to embark on the Insurance business.
Managing Director and Shareholder is Judit Szelevényi who has a wealth of experience in the property management sales and letting business.
ManageRent operates from an office in district 6, in Király Udvar, it employs 5 people and is ready and willing to look after all your property requirements.
